What counts as a seller seat?

A seller currently active on a team roster. Seats are counted across your whole subscription, not per team. A Growth account has 80 seats to allocate between its two teams. Once a seller is active, they can participate whenever that team runs a competition

What is a manager seat?

A login that can administer a team, either an owner or an admin. Sellers are not manager seats. A seller can appear through chat activity and may later claim that identity, but only actual managers consume manager seats

Can each team run a competition?

Yes. Each team can run one competition at a time. When it ends, the result moves into history and the team can start the next one. A higher plan gives you more teams to operate

How am I billed?

Every plan is billed monthly. There is one price per plan and no annual option. Founder is the exception and isn’t a subscription at all: it is a single payment for a fixed term

What exactly is Founder?

A one-time purchase for 6 months or 1 year of access, and a limited offer. The card shows the monthly equivalent first and the exact amount charged once immediately underneath. Nothing renews automatically

What happens when my Founder term ends?

Paid access ends and nothing is charged. Your data isn’t deleted, and your Founder badge remains on your public profile wall. To keep using CloserLeague you start an ordinary subscription, and your Founder code takes 25% off the list price for as long as that subscription stays active

Can I change plans later?

Yes, in the Stripe billing portal from your account, which is also where cancellations and payment-method updates happen. Moving up takes effect immediately and you are charged the difference for the rest of the month. Moving down takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, with nothing charged and nothing refunded, so you keep the larger plan’s capacity until then
