Any seller active on a team roster takes a seat. Seats are shared across the whole subscription, not set per team, so a Growth account splits its 80 seats between its 2 teams. An active seller can join any competition their team runs.
A login that runs a team, as an owner or an admin. Sellers never take a manager seat, even after they claim the profile chat made for them.
Yes, one at a time. When it ends, the result moves into the team's history and the next one can start. Higher plans give you more teams.
Plans bill monthly, each at one price, with no annual option. The $199 activation fee comes with your first payment and never again, and later plan changes or resubscriptions never add it. Founder is a single payment for a fixed term, not a subscription.
A one-time payment for 6 months or 1 year of access, offered for a limited time. The card shows the monthly equivalent first, with the amount you pay once right under it. Nothing renews.
Paid access stops and nothing is charged. Your data stays, and so does the Founder badge on your public profile wall. If you then start a regular subscription, your Founder code takes 25% off the list price for as long as that subscription stays active.
Yes, from the Stripe billing portal in your account, where you also cancel or update your card. An upgrade starts right away, and you pay the difference for the rest of the month. A downgrade starts when the month you paid for ends, with nothing charged or refunded, so the bigger plan's limits last until then.
