CloserLeague FAQ
How sales reach the leaderboard and how the board runs once they do. Billing questions live on the pricing page.
1Getting sales on the board
What is CloserLeague?
A live sales leaderboard for the office TV or any browser. It reads the sales your reps post in GroupMe, Slack or Discord and turns them into standings, rank moves, trophies and a record that stays.
How do sales get on the leaderboard?
From the chat. A rep posts the sale in your team's GroupMe, Slack or Discord, and CloserLeague reads it from the message. A manager can also enter a sale by hand.
Which chat apps does it work with?
GroupMe, Slack and Discord. Each plan sets how many chats you can connect, listed on the pricing page.
Do sellers need accounts first?
No. A seller shows up on the board from their chat posts. Later they can make an account, verify their chat identity, and claim their sales and trophies.
2Running the board
Does CloserLeague replace our CRM?
No. Your CRM keeps the record of each sale. CloserLeague runs the race, the standings and the recognition beside it.
Can the leaderboard run on a TV?
Yes. Open it in any modern browser on an office TV, a spare monitor or a laptop. It adapts its graphics to the machine and reconnects on its own.
What if CloserLeague reads a sale wrong?
A manager fixes it. Anything unclear waits for review before it reaches the board, and afterward a manager can correct an amount, reassign credit, or add or remove a sale.
Can we run more than one team?
Yes. Your plan sets how many teams you can run, and seller seats are shared across all of them. See the limits on the pricing page.
